Jihad Abou Zeid is recognized as the developer of the New Generation of NLP and the founder of FIKR for Training – A Training for Life, a training institution built on the belief that true education must transform the inner structure of the human mind before it can transform results in life. He is also the founder of the International Union of NLP, a professional body dedicated to advancing NLP education and certification standards. Known internationally as a life coach, master sales trainer, NLP master practitioner, and master trainer, his work focuses on guiding individuals and organizations toward deep and lasting change by combining advanced mental methodologies with real-world leadership and business expertise.
Throughout his career, Jihad developed a distinctive training approach that blends clear theoretical explanation with live demonstration, direct interaction, and immersive workshops. His seminars integrate role-playing, practical exercises, and structured coaching so trainees can witness transformation in real time. Jihad’s journey began with a master’s degree in law, but his passion led him toward sales, human development, training, and he is an international adviser with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He also gained broad experience in leadership development, organizational growth, and international consulting.
His passion for understanding the human mind led him deeply into NLP research, where years of practice, observation, and problem-solving with real clients inspired him to create new discoveries and advanced techniques within the field.
