NGNLP Master Practitioner

NGNLP Master Practitioner Training in Lebanon and the Middle East

The NGNLP Master Practitioner program is the advanced level of training within the New Generation of NLP developed by Jihad Abou Zeid. This level deepens the understanding of the CFSTP discovery and expands the practitioner’s ability to work with the Community of Filters that shapes perception, emotional responses, and behavioral patterns.

Participants who complete the Practitioner level enter the Master Practitioner program to refine their observation skills, strengthen their facilitation competence, and gain deeper understanding of how subconscious filters organize identity, decision making, and long-term behavior. The program studies complex belief systems, layered emotional memories, internal conflicts, and identity alignment using structured NGNLP protocols.

The training combines detailed explanation with extensive supervised practice. Participants review real case structures, practice advanced communication patterns, and learn how to guide structured change processes responsibly. They develop precision in language, clarity in observation, and stability in facilitation so that they can apply NGNLP methods in leadership, coaching, therapy support, education, and organizational development environments.

Certification is issued through International Union of NLP after participants demonstrate practical understanding and theoretical knowledge of NGNLP Master Practitioner material. The assessment process ensures that graduates can apply the methodology with clarity and responsibility.

The Master Practitioner level builds on the foundation of the Practitioner training. Participants deepen their understanding of the CFSTP three-part model of the mind, explore advanced filter restructuring processes, and learn how identity patterns influence professional performance and leadership behavior. They gain the ability to guide longer and more complex transformation sessions and to integrate NGNLP into structured leadership programs such as LAP and the Uplift Protocol.

This program is designed for professionals who work with people and decisions and who want a deeper understanding of human behavior. Coaches, therapists, managers, executives, educators, consultants, and leadership trainers benefit from mastering advanced NGNLP methods because they gain structured tools to guide communication, resolve internal conflicts, and support constructive change.

Training is conducted live with direct interaction, allowing participants to practice techniques, receive feedback, and refine their skills in real time. Participants learn within the original NGNLP framework, ensuring clarity of the model and accuracy in application.

The NGNLP Master Practitioner program represents the advanced stage of understanding the CFSTP discovery and its practical applications. It prepares participants for leadership-level NGNLP work, specialized applications, and continued professional development within the NGNLP system.
