If you are experiencing:
- Sudden fear of dying
- Fear of a heart attack
- Flashing or blurred vision
- Faintness or nausea
- Numbness throughout the body
- Heavy breathing or hyperventilation
- Loss of body control
It is important to understand that these episodes, although intense and frightening, are structured emotional responses — not random events.
At FIKR for Training – A Training for Life, we address panic attacks through the New Generation of NLP, developed by Jihad Abou Zeid. Our work is based on the CFSTP understanding of the mind, which explains how internal filters shape perception, emotional reactions, and physiological responses.
What Is a Panic Attack?
A panic attack is a sudden wave of intense fear accompanied by strong physical sensations. Symptoms may include:
- Rapid heartbeat
- Sweating or shaking
- Shortness of breath
- Chest discomfort
- Dizziness
- Numbness
- A strong feeling that something terrible is about to happen
These episodes often peak within minutes. However, the fear of having another panic attack can become even more disabling than the attack itself. Over time, the mind may begin to anticipate danger in ordinary situations, creating a cycle:
Fear → Physical reaction → Fear of the reaction → Increased anxiety
If not addressed at the structural level, this cycle can develop into chronic anxiety or panic disorder.
How NGNLP Works
NGNLP does not simply calm the surface reaction. It works on the internal structure that triggers the panic response.
In one-to-one sessions, we:
- Identify the internal coding or past event that created the panic pattern
- Analyze how the mind linked certain sensations or situations to danger
- Reorganize the community of filters through CFSTP-based processes
- Reduce the emotional charge attached to the triggering memory or anticipation
- Install new associations of safety, control, and stability
Using advanced NGNLP techniques such as CFSTP processes, ATH, and TDC, we work at the level where perception is formed. When the internal structure changes, the body no longer activates unnecessary emergency responses.
Breaking the Cycle
When the chain of panic is interrupted at its root, clients often report:
- Fewer and less intense episodes
- Greater sense of control
- Reduced fear of future attacks
- Improved breathing stability
- Clearer thinking during stressful moments
You do not have to live in fear of fear itself.

Breaking the chain begins with understanding how it was formed.
